Having trouble signing in?

  • If your password isn’t working, click “I Forgot My Login/Password” above the email field.

  • You’ll get an email with a new password (give it up to 15 minutes to arrive).

  • Still not working? Double-check for easy mix-ups like:

    • lowercase “l” vs. capital “I”

    • the letter “O” vs. the number “0”

Need a login?

  • Click “Sign Up” on the right.

  • Fill out your info: Email, Name, Phone, Account, Password, Confirm Password, and Registration Key.

Don’t have a Registration Key?

  • No problem—click “I Do Not Have a Valid Key” on the Sign Up page.

  • Enter your details and submit your request.

  • Our team will review it and get back to you within 2 business days.


Can I pay my assessments online?

Yes! Once you’re logged in to your Owner Portal, you can:

  • Make a one-time payment with a credit card or bank account

  • Set up recurring payments

  • Enroll in autopay so you never have to think about it again

Can I pay by check?

Yes, you can also mail in a check.

  • Make checks payable to: the name of your Association

  • Include on your check: your account number and property address

    • Your account number is your 4-digit association code + 5-digit number (Example: CWHW12345)

  • Mail to: Elevation Management Group PO Box 98443 Phoenix, AZ 85038-0443
