Can I pay my assessments online?
Yes! Once you’re logged in to your Owner Portal, you can:
Make a one-time payment with a credit card or bank account
Set up recurring payments
Enroll in autopay so you never have to think about it again
Yes, you can also mail in a check.
Make checks payable to: the name of your Association
Include on your check: your account number and property address
Your account number is your 4-digit association code + 5-digit number (Example: CWHW12345)
